That experience shapes both sides of what we do. The Palladium software exists because the compliance tools on the market weren't built by people who had sat on the operating end of them. The consulting practice exists because most advisory comes from people who have never had to defend a budget line to an Accountable Manager.

This is not a one-person operation. Palladium is built and maintained by a small team, and the advisory draws on people who have held the roles being advised on rather than on a research deck.
Alex started in flight dispatch at Carpatair in 2004, and spent the next five years there moving through flight dispatch and operations control management. A year as OCC Duty Manager at VistaJet International followed, and before that a short contract in Kabul managing the physical resources of the international airport for the local Ministry of Transportation.
In 2011 he founded Jet Advisor and ran it as Managing Director for fourteen years, delivering operations control services to executive and scheduled operators from offices in several countries. Most recently he was President, Business Aviation Support Services at Luxaviation Group and a member of its board, heading a division of companies registered across Luxembourg and the UK.
Across those roles he has overseen companies in multiple jurisdictions, led teams of more than a hundred people across different regulatory environments, and carried responsibility for turnovers in the tens of millions of euros. The through-line is the same one this business is built on: the expensive mistakes in an operation are rarely technical, and almost always human.
That is where both halves of iCreateSolutions come from. Palladium exists because the compliance tools on the market were not built by people who had run the operation they were meant to serve. The advisory exists because most of it comes from people who have never had to defend a budget line to an Accountable Manager.
