If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
The fleet size and company fields are optional. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
To answer your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if it goes somewhere. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
This notice covers enquiries made through this website. Data held inside a Palladium instance is a separate matter, governed by the agreement with that operator — there we act as processor, not controller. How that data is hosted, backed up and exported is set out on the data and security page.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email us and we will act on it — there is no form and no process to navigate.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. We do not send Google anything about you beyond what that request necessarily involves.
